Our properties are 4-6 bedroom houses with communal lounge with fully fitted kitchen and bathrooms. The house share provides food essentials (foodbank vouchers and our food provider FareShare West Midlands), toiletries, WIFI, and all bills inclusive of the service charge.
To be an eligible tenant you MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 18 and must be in need of supported accommodation and claiming one of the following benefits:
