The property is fairly new, we were the first people to move into the apartment. It's located at Lexington Gardens and is in a gated complex.

We're all very sociable and friendly people, so we're looking for someone who is easy to speak to and confident. We're respectful and understand the importance of boundaries

I wfh all the time so I’m usually around the apartment and Megan works in a bar/cafe

We have our own cupboard space for our food, but we share the everyday things you might use, like kitchen roll/butter/milk/sauces etc

You won't really need to bring any things such as cutlery/plates/appliances etc as we've already got a lot of things (Airfryer, blender, rice cooker) that we will have no problem sharing!


The landlord communicates through the letting agency
Our Agent is friendly and usually quick with any issues/repairs
