We have a double rooms available in our nicely appointed house share close to the city and are looking for friendly tidy people to share our lovely house. The rooms consist of a full-size double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk and chair. The house has gas central heating, a shared kitchen and also a dining area forming a dining area with a large dining table.

If you are looking for a very high standard room in an equally high standard house then please get in touch as we can book a viewing for you immediately.

If you are interested in living in a high spec house with like-minded housemates then don't leave it too long!

We are private Landlords and manage our own properties and we will personally meet you at the property if you would like to arrange a viewing.

The house is totally equipped with everything you need!
We also provide a cleaner once a fortnight for the communal rooms.
