Female foodie grads looking for a newbie!

We are looking for one female housemate to join our fab house, which is within easy walking distance to Bearwood High Street.

Although the bedroom is a small double bedroom it is really quiet at the top of the house and has a great view over the rear garden. You also have full run of the ground floor of the hosue whic includes a large lounge, kitchen diner and separate dining room which can double up as a work from home office.

The house is great, but its who you share with that creates the experiences and the magic or the mayhem! We have a tradition of the last person in gets to be 'Alan Sugar' project manager of the choose a housemate process. That way everyone gets a say on who joins the group.

We are linked to 7 other graduate houseshare in the adjoining road, yet we are the closest to the Bear Tavern, where there is often a Thursday night out and an easy escorted walk back (400m or so).

We have two gyms near us and a swimming pool.

Our house has a decent sized garden, patio and shed for the bike.
