It is right on five ways island so very convenient for someone who works in town or studies at UoB/BCU. There is a large communal area with a big kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, cooker, etc... Washing machine and drier. The flat opens up into a big foyer area where all the rooms open out from. We have a large balcony, with fire pit. Internet and central heating.
We're two men, both 27, both work in the city centre. Both very social, chilled people. We keep a clean house and the bathroom will be shared with only one of us as the master bedroom has an en suite.
