Hello! I’m Adam, 30 years old and work as a Head of Operations for a University in Birmingham. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of October and I’m looking for someone to take his place and share living costs. Contract is 6 months to 1 year (negotiable with landlord).

This penthouse flat has great views of the city, is fully furnished, clean, spacious and an ideal location in the centre of town. It's a 2 minute walk to the shops, 5 minutes to the Library or Brindley Place and 15 minutes to the station. Rent including bills is approximately £630 pcm. All bills are already sorted (I pay these), so I just request half.

Room for rent is a double, with a large window and room for a desk if working from home. The master bathroom would be yours, which has a large bath/shower.

Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, NowTV and Sky Sports already available at no cost. Virgin Media fibre optic broadband 250mbps perfect for working from home/gaming if required.

Parking may be available in the garage though there is limited space. Would need to negotiate this with the other residents/owners of the building. Street parking is a short walk away.

Ideally looking for someone of a similar age and interests. I work flexibly 9-5 Mon-Fri (optionally work from home) and like to either chill, go for food and drinks or meet friends on the weekends. More photos or a video of the property are available on request.
