Double room City Center/Five ways/canals

Hello! I’m a postgraduate researcher at UoB looking for a new flatmate from the beginning of August to share a brand new 2 bedrooms furnished flat and share living costs. Contract is 6 months to 1 year (negotiable with landlord).

The flat is located between Birmingham city center and Five ways in a new building called Arden Gate. It’s a 7min walk from five ways station, 5min from the mailbox and 10min from Morrisons. It has a spacious and clean living room/kitchen and a bathroom with a large bath/shower to be shared. Modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, wine fridge.
The available room is fully furnished with a queen size double bed, a built-in wardrobe and a large balcony overlooking the canals.

One parking space available in secure gated car park.

Ideally looking for a mature student or young professional, that can keep the place tidy and clean and who would like a glass on wine on a Friday evening.
I work flexibly, 9-6 Mon-Fri (working from home sometimes), away at the gliding club most of the weekends and I like to have dinners with some friends time to time at home.
