Double Bedroom Available in lovely flat!

Me (Pip) and my friend Ella, both 24, are moving into a 3 bedroom flat near harborne on the 1st feb 2022.

We liked it so much! But now we are just looking for a third housemate to fill the third room... if you’re friendly, respectful and clean your dishes then I’m sure we’d get on really well. It is made up of two nice sized doubles and a huge third double with an en-suite. 3 bathrooms too! We are yet to decide who has which room, and are very flexible... it has just been refurbished as well so it’s lovely inside - new carpets, repainted, new sofas etc

We are down to earth, sociable, sporty & super chilled, friendly and open-minded. We both work in schools mon-fri & enjoy socialising while also having our own space. There’s a small patio at the back of the flat and a huge drive way for cars.

Harborne is round the corner & it’s a lovely place with coffee shops/bars/shops. Lots of green spaces around too. Landlord is great as well! Tenancy agreement is 12 months so more ideal for those looking for long term tenancy, but we can be flexible. Please message us if you’re interested and we can give you any info you may need!
