The building has a terrace, cinema lounge, gym, 24 hour concierge and access to amenities from the neighbouring hotel Park regis. There’s already a 65 inch TV in the living room also which I put. It’s central and luxurious compared to most of the local apartments. You also use your phone to gain access to the building as well as a key, and for the intercom. Very modern features.
I have put a let for a month - 2 months because I plan to come back & just want to go home for summer.
