Hello friendly sociable guy looking for a housemate.
I can consider a long term housemate or someone who wants the room for a short let.
The house is a 15 min walk to the city centre, 15 to new street station and 10 mins to the mailbox.
The house is on the Park Central estate and there are two large parks on the estate. There is one allocated parking space but with a small fee to the council it is possible to purchase an annual permit to park on the street by the house.
There are three floors (ground, first and second). Downstairs there is a large living/dining room and kitchen and a toilet off the hall. There is also a decent sized garden with large patio area.
There are two bedrooms and these share a bathroom which has recently been retiled and painted.
The room is Situated to the rear of the house with a balcony and views over the back garden. It is very quiet.
Each room has a TV aerial socket and has been painted in the last two years.
Present housemate moving due to a new job.
