Double room with ensuite available in new build

We are looking for a flatmate to join our two bed apartment in the brand new Soho Wharf development. We have lived here for 1-year, but sadly our flatmate is moving countries. Looking to fill the room end of Feb / early March.

You would have the furnished double bedroom with ensuite and built in wardrobe. There is a communal kitchen and living area and a julliette balcony. We are on the top floor and get the sun all day due to the many windows. We really enjoy living here - the place is brand new, bus stop directly across the road, direct canal access and 15-min walk to town.

We are a New Zealand couple who work in science / research. We enjoy the outdoors, music, pubs, and sport, and would be happy to hangout and socialise anytime! We are relaxed, quiet and keep the place reasonably clean so someone on the same wavelength would suit well.

We have a cat called Tiggs. He is 10 years, has no teeth and rules the apartment. You would need to be a cat lover as he loves a fuss and playing with his toys around the apartment. That said, he doesn't go into the double room as our flatmate keeps this door shut (so no cat fur!).

Rent 625 pcm, bills not included but will split three ways. Council tax band A. Parking for extra 100 pcm subject to availability.
