We are a retired married couple offering our attic room for rent
This is a very large double attic bedroom fully self contained up a partially private staircase. The kitchenette has just been fitted with fridge, multi function microwave kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine and electric hot plate. A brand new shower has been fitted. The windows have wonderful views over gardens and fields.
The accommodation is completely private and our lodger gains access to it through our front door.

We are extremely well located in a very quiet position whilst being a 2 minute walk from a city bus route, on the main cycle track into the City, and 5-10 minutes ride from City Centre with close proximity to Birmingham University, Dental Hospital and Q. E. Hospital, Warwickshire County Cricket Club. local supermarkets including Aldi. The accommodation will suit one mature professional person looking for quality and comfort in a large family home.
There is limited parking on the house drive and limited parking available on the road outside our house.
We would prefer applicants to be vaccinated and boosted.
