This is a real home from home, very relaxed atmosphere. Sociable lodgers but with a respect for privacy.

A double room is available. It is very spacious and well decorated. The room has good storage and bedding included.

There is a bright communal living room for you to relax in the evenings.

The house is clean and tidy throughout and is cleaned by a professional cleaner (covid permitting).

The kitchen has been completely renovated with a lovely fitted kitchen. It has been completed to a very high standard and there is plenty of storage space.

The bathroom upstairs is modern with power shower and bath.

There is off road parking available and a large garden at the back of the house with a nice seated area.

Wireless broadband, Sky TV in lounge and individual TV connections fitted in each room.

Bills included. Also included are household toiletries such as washing powder, toilet paper etc so only additional expenses are personal toiletries and food.

It is conveniently located fairly close to the Coventry Road (A45). It's almost the same distance to the city centre as the Airport and is very close to Heartlands Hospital. There are excellent transport links to the M6 and M42 motorway. There are 4-6 different bus routes which go direct into Birmingham, Solihull and the Airport. In addition there are two train stations nearby, one going to Birmingham Moor Street and another that goes to Birmingham New Street. There are several large Supermarkets nearby as well as local shopping areas.

Rent shown is for single people, couples will be considered but a rent adjustment will be necessary. Pets may be considered. There is currently one cat living at the property.
