The property is in a good location and within very easy reach of Harborne High Street, Birmingham City Centre and has good bus routes close to the property. It is also very close the QE hospital and the motorway is easy to get to. There is on/off road parking at the property.

The house is fully furnished throughout. All bills, including internet connection and Council Tax are included in the monthly rent.

There is a communal kitchen with two ovens, large American style fridge freezer, lounge, bathrooms and a really nice, large garden with patio furniture and bbq.

It is a non smoking house and the rooms are for single occupancy only. The age range in the house is between 23 - 30 years old the other tenants in the house are professionals/PHD students who are all very sociable.

Deposit is the same as one months rent.
