Hello my name is Juliet and I am a live out landlord looking for tenants to occupy my spare rooms. I am a pretty easy going person and I have a beautiful house in Quinton with a good partly furnished double bedroom (side table and tv and potentially a double bed, if needed) with built in wardrobes up for rent. The house is a short drive or bus ride from the hospital and Harborne. The property is located near to a large Asda's and a big Tesco, as well as all the local amenities in Harborne. I am looking for people who are clean, tidy and friendly. I am looking for professionals ideally but would consider others, just as long as they are sensible and will look after the property.
