Double room available to rent near the Court Oak Pub in Harborne. I looking for someone easygoing and friendly who I might be able to socialise with in the evenings after work. I have a dog that has free roam of the downstairs.

The room is fully furnished with a king-size double bed, double wardrobe ,chest of drawers and a bedside table. It is a bright room that gets the morning light through the big windows.

The house has a large kitchen dining area and a living room.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, a decent sized garden and front/side of house parking on a quiet road.
It's close to the bus routes that go to the city centre through Harborne and up to broad street in 15-20 minutes.

References will be required and proof of work.
All bills are included at current prices. If gas/electric goes up drastically in the autumn may need to add to cover
