The house has a spacious living room, a kitchen with a dining area and there is also a garden. Parking area is also available. The house is located close to Newtown Shopping centre where you can find ALDI, Farm Foods, Dixy. There is also an easy access to city centre as it takes 10mins to get in town by bus and buses run every 6 mins. All rooms include the bills and there is a Virgin Broadband.
Please note that I am looking for a female housemates preferably. You should like dogs as I have a Cane Corso. He's very quiet and calm like a big teddy bear.
