The apartment is situated in the safe and quite Moneyhull estate. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space but there is plenty of safe off the road parking places within the estate.

The location of the apartment is on a major bus route which operates till late nights. It's also close to Kings Norton train station. The apartment is a few minutes away from Kings Heath and Mosely. Other near by areas include Selly oak, Stirchley and Bournville.

Nearby King's Heath town center has plenty of shops, pubs, restaurants, banks, a gym etc. This apartment is in a good location for commuting to the Birmingham Hospital's (QE, Women's etc) , the Universities, Birmingham city center and the NEC. Birmingham international airport is about 20 mins away by car.

The rent include all bills (Council tax, Electricity, Gas, Water, TV license and broadband).
