Hello!
My name is Gaya and I have a great spacious room at my place available for rent. It is the perfect location, walk-able to city centre and New Street Station in 15 minutes. Five ways station is 10 minutes. So very easy to get to Birmingham university or Queen Elizabeth hospital. It is by the canals for lovely walks and just a few minutes from Broad street and Brindley place which have lots of great restaurants and bars. Nearby is the cinema, gym, the new library, ICC(International convention centre), Utilita arena and it's close to the financial district, Jewellery quarter, City hospital, Birmingham Children's Hospital, Aston university and Birmingham City university. There is easy access to motorways.
It's a really quiet place. There is parking available if needed. The flat itself is a 2 bedroom flat. Your room has a King size bed, a build in wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and bedside cabinet.
It is a shared bathroom, (newly redone) The living room has a dining table and separate kitchen. Kitchen slightly dated but spacious and everything works well. All bills included.(electric, water, TV, council tax and high speed WIFI)
I am a professional working outside of Birmingham and will therefore only be around a few days a month. You will mainly have the place to yourself.
I am looking for someone professional, who will respect the property and enjoy living here.
Room is available from April 2025.
