This is a supported housing for people who have found themselves homeless or going to be homeless.

The rent for the room is paid providing you qualify housing benefit Te weekly rent amount paid for supported housing is £209.10 per week).

On top of that there is a contribution to be paid by the tenant of £15 per week and you will need to bring 2 weeks payment of £30 with you should you be accepted for you a room.

The accommodation is designed for single people and not families as it is a shared house.

We also offer supported Dry houses for people recovering from addiction who are abstinent from alcohol and street drugs including free or abstinent from methadone and subetex.

Other tenants will be placed in supported accommodation with support worker dependant on their issues and the support they need .. These are typically in the Erdington and Handsworth area.

You *MUST*be in receipt of benefits or be prepared to register for housing benefit to cover the room rental of £209.10 if not you will be expected to pay £234.10 per week and you will need to pay your first months rent in advance if you are working and want the support infrastructure.

You must have ID and and NI number and all relevant history .

We have several houses in Erdington Handsworth that are available and you will be allocated accommodation based on your circumstances. The house pictured above is for those who wish to access recovery from drug or alcohol addiction and involves group therapy and also attendance at 12 step meetings.
