We have a very well presented 7 bedroom professional house. It has been recently renovated with light interiors and tastefully furnished throughout.

The property spans 3 levels with rooms that are extremely large, spacious and high ceilinged. Each level has a bathroom with the topmost level comprising of a room even more spacious with an en-suite. The entrance has an unrestored Victorian tiled corridor; the only surviving relic telling of the old world charm of this erstwhile Victorian property. Long modern drapes adorn the road facing rooms. All rooms are complete with well-appointed furniture suites comprising of a double bed with new mattress, bedside table, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

All the utility bills are included, we will have a cleaner for the communal areas and gardener on rota as the house gets occupied. This way you wouldn't need to worry about the house getting untidy and whose responsibility it is.

We hope to have a range of professionals or mature students that can live in a respectful and friendly manner under one roof. There is ample room to hang out yet spend time in your own dwelling areas with privacy.

The area is well connected to the city with transport and bus links to the city centre and motorways. Shops and restaurants are within reach (10 minutes). Finally with local parks, the Reservoir and shops all within easy walking distance you can expect to have a peaceful and homely stay.

Kitchen –

The kitchen-diner is completely equipped with everything you would need for some serious cooking and baking yet has ample space and appliances for communal interaction. It is also stocked with some crockery and cutlery. The garden which is beyond the kitchen is spacious and can be used for quite time or for socialising.
