Looking for a female house mate who is interested in a Double room to rent in a top floor apartment. Close to airport, M6 & M42. 15 minutes from Solihull town centre and 20 minutes from Birmingham town centre. Parking space available, bills included. The photos of the room were as it was in May last year but currently still have a lodger until mid July. Once she has moved out the room will be repainted etc and a new double bed will be provided. The room looks smaller on photos than in person so if you are interested, I would highly recommend you view.
House is on the top (2nd floor) apartment block which has 5 other neighbors. It’s a new build estate and therefore modern and quiet whilst still having good links to public transport and motorways.
I am a live in landlord so looking for someone like minded to live with me and a potential new friend! I also have a Cavapoo puppy who is currently 4 months old so new roommate would need to be dog friendly!
