Hi im advertising a double room to let in my home preferably not longer than 12 months but could change my mind if things go well. I quite sceptical about having somebody live in my house as i quite like my privacy but with the right candidate i dont see there being any issues. I have two dogs a staffy and an american bulldog wich are so friendly! They have the run of the house but i have a stairgate you could quite happily have for your room so you dont have to keep your door closed to keep them out if you wish. I work shifts and spend the majority of the time in my bedroom so the living room is free basically all of the time. I dont really have any rules just the obvious like tidy up after yourself. Feel free to ask any questions you like.
