I am located 5 minutes walk from the local bus station, 3 minutes walk from a sports centre, 10 minutes drive from the NEC & Airport.
This is a family environment. I always try and make people feel as if they are part of a family, even BBQ's etc.
I do all the cleaning so all I ask is that the room is kept clean & tidy,
Smoking is OK but outside only. Sorry but Drugs are a no go
even outside.
I have 3 cat's..........I don' mind pets as long as they can get on with my babies.......
