The studio is only 3 minutes walk from Aston Uni and also very close to Birmingham University! Has it's own fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
I am here only until 25th of January and looking for a student to take over the contract. The contract price is 189 pounds per week with 100% prepayment before moving in, but I am willing to pay to get rid of this contract ASAP. I am offering 140 pounds/ week!
