Double Bedroom in the city centre

Houseshare!

I'm a French professional, arty and apparently quirky, looking for someone or a couple to live in a vacant double room.

The room:
Furnished with a brand new mattress! Lots of storage room (even more in the house if the room is not enough for your stuff).
500 pcm for a single occupant and 600 for a couple. Bills inc.
It's also much bigger than on the pictures.
Additionally, if you have your own furniture we can sort something out to clear the room.

The house:
Located 5 minutes walking distance from Brindley Place, 15 minutes away from New Street Station.

Fully equipped and renovated kitchen (2 ovens. No fighting to bake cakes) a living room, a conservatory and a garden.
There is a bathroom with bathtub.
Separate toilets.
The place is fully furnished with sofa, table etc. that are not on the pictures.

We welcome smokers although the house itself is non-smoking. We also welcome pets (there are already 2 cats in the house)

The house is rather big so it is unlikely we will walk on each other's feet :)

The cats:
One of them is very social (kitten), the other one just glares at people as a hobby (regular cat). Both neutered and clean.
