The flat is within a 15 minute walk from New Street and Snow Hill Stations, the Jewellery Quarter and all of the major commercial district, so is extremely convenient. There is a 24 hour tesco less than 10 minutes walk away and the area is safe and clean. On road parking is free before 8am and after 6pm Monday to Saturday and free all day Sundays. All bills except electricity included (council tax, water, internet - electricity usually about £30 per person per month). I'm looking for a tidy, respectful and preferably sociable flatmate.
