Charming and Cozy double bedroom in a penthouse

I have a furnished double bedroom available in the city centre for weekday rent only. All amenities are including in the rent. There is also a fully renovated bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub installed. The apartment is large, with a fully fitted kitchen, living room and balcony that stretches the entire length. It is only a 10 minute walk from the train station- Birmingham New Street and boasts fantastic views of the city. 2,3 minutes from the Mailbox and Cube and a 10 minute walk along the canal to Brindley place and Broad Street, You will share the apartment with me during your stay. However I have my own bedroom and en-suite. I also work full days so we will have minimal interaction. I've been a host on airbnb and have had 5* ratings for this property. Looking for a professional who commutes to Birmingham for the weekday, ideally someone who is quiet, tidy and clean.
