The building is secure with a reception area and concierge who handle everything to do with the place + all mail and deliveries etc.
The place itself is brill, I've lived here for the last six months and have to move because my job has relocated, otherwise I would be staying! Location is unreal, it's across the road from Grand Central (it's as central as Central Birmingham can be) Everything is a five-minute walk away, trams, trains, coffee, shopping, gym, groceries and everything else you can think of is next door.
The flat itself is quiet, I have one immediate neighbour on my floor and have never heard a peep.
COST per month:
Rent: £900
Bills: I'm paying around £230 per month, depends on your chosen providers etc etc but you can have the same set up as me or look for a diff ones, up to you!
It says I have to include the EPC energy rating, I don't know what that is! But the electric bills have been around 80 per month, which I can show invoices for! (I'll ask my landlord for EPC rating and have it ready to share for any calls/viewings)
There are SIX MONTHS left on my tenancy, which I am filling, so after six months you can start a new tenancy or move on and you're not tied in for a year should you be blessed with an inconvenient relocation as I have been blessed with lol.
