Spacious double room in Bournville

As I will he moving out of Birmingham now, it has opened up a room in the lovely house I’m living in. The house is situated a 2 minute walk from Bournville station, several nearby shops (independent and supermarket), a 5 minute walk from Mondelez International, and 10 minutes from Cadbury World.

The room has two large wardrobes, a comfortable double bed, and dresser drawer. The room is the largest one in the house, situated at the quiet back of the house away from the street out front. The house has a shared living room with a TV (TV license too!), a large and open kitchen area, two bathrooms, one shower, one bathtub, and a large back garden. All windows are double glazed, the doorbell is in working order, and the heating is currently on a timer so that the house is nice and warm before you go off to work in the morning, and also when returning back in the evenings.

The house has 4 other occupants— all friendly and sociable, but respect each others’ spaces— and they are all professionals. All the bills are included in the rent.
