Hi, this house share is on the Bournville/stirchley border, just 2.5 miles from MOSELEY, 2 mins walk from Bournville train station, two stops from University (QE) hospital, 10 mins into town. Also main bus routes very close by.

Stairs exit onto hall, not lounge as in many properties in this area which would be a big fire safety issue, Gas safety certificate, washing machine, managed garden. No rooms are en-suite but there are two bathrooms, both with bath and shower, with an average of 3 tenants, so its quite good in that respect.
This house has a nice shared lounge and is definitely aimed towards happy tenants rather than cramming as many into the property as possible.
Rent is inc of everything except gas and elec which is split equally between tenants, you should budget £50 per month and this should cover it. The rent is lower to allow for this. The bills come to me and i post them in the house, there is no arguing amongst tenants, it works very well. I do it this way as it gives tenants the control over the fuel expenses and encourages energy saving. I can provide a history of the fuel bills. Also, if you are away for a while you will pay far less than if you were paying a fully inclusive figure, as the fuel Bill's will be lower and a fully inclusive rent has to be higher to cover inflated fuel usage.

All repairs are actioned asap. This is a very clean, spacious house. All tenants will be professionals. Personal rooms have locks. All rooms have built in wardrobes so no space is lost to a wardrobe. Personal rooms can be let furnished or unfurnished but the house is furnished.
The area has a Morrisons store close by and various pubs, shops and restaurants close by. It is also near to Moseley village which is a lively hub of night-time entertainment. Its a nice house, the first person to view took a room.

There are a lot of people letting out rooms at the moment. Please consider before you take a tenancy, whether the property is suitable and safe. Are there enough smoke alarms, is there a gas safety certificate, are there safe escape routes ( stairs not coming out into lounge),keys not required to exit the property does the landlord protect the deposit, etc. I am a responsible landlord and the house is safe.
