With excellent transport links it is an easy commute into town or further afield the house is 3-4 minutes walk to Bournville train station and close to main bus routes and conveniently located for the University. There is a frequent/reliable service to the city center which is just 12 minutes away , . There is also convenient parking and secure cycle storage.
It is a great house, recently decorated and fully furnished to a good standard(with mainly IKEA furniture). There is a fully equipped kitchen and both a lounge and separate dinning room. It also has the benefit of both a shower room and an additional bathroom with bath and WC.
