Large Double Bedroom available!

Hi I am helping my landlady trying to rent a room out in her home as my account has facility to put pictures up etc!
"Currently have a large double room bathroom shared with only one other person to rent in a beautiful spacious townhouse with a large communal kitchen and garden washing machine is also communal. I do have a dog but is contained in my flat on the top floor the majority of the time. I am looking for a genuine professional who is fairly sociable but not a complete party animal as occasional company and conversation would be nice. Looking for someone who is respectful of the fact its a shared house and to other people and tidies up and chips in when needed with things that could need doing around the house and in full-time employment ."
The house currently has two people living in it Gemma the landlady whose been in the house for a few years now and myself whose doing the last part of my student paramedic training close to the address.
I can say the dog is friendly and quiet and have had no issues at all. Its a very good sized room and a good price for the size of room! If you message here or on whatsapp would be perfect please give some details about yourself people who can move in soon only please.
