Great house in a sought after location. I am a live-in landlord.

Tastefully decorated property offering high end furnishings. Letting again after a mini refurb.

At present, there is just myself and one other guy here - we are both teachers.

The bedroom is south facing with a rear window, overlooking the rear garden. Room is fully furnished, including drawers, built in wardrobe space. A queen sized bed is in the room. Plenty of storage space - Desk and chair are also in the room.. There is a discount as well if you don’t need all the space.

The house has two bathrooms, which includes shower, bath, toilet and sink. One of these is for the exclusive use of tenants (so potentially you +1). The kitchen is fully modernised with granite worktops in style - there are also two lounge areas.

In terms of suitable people, please be clean and fairly chilled.

It's a 5 minute bike ride to the city/Cov uni and the railway station and about 15 to Warwick Uni. Virgin Media Broadband runs throughout the house. The gym is 10 minutes down the road and the supermarket is even nearer.

Facilities are great nearby with a bus stop into town round the corner and one into Leamington, Uni of Warwick and Birmingham Airport five minutes away.

Anyone should feel free to come and look subject to appointment.. Would probably suit a non party going, quiet person - happy to help with any overseas applicants and discuss arrangements remotely.

Car parking is normally outside or within 20 yards of the property.

Slight discount for a Monday to Friday let if that is your preference.
