Looking for new housemate

Hey there!

My name is Grace and my housemates name is Charlotte. We are looking to rent out our third bedroom which is a great room, good size, four plug sockets, nice bay window, unfurnished.

I am a mature student at 26 and study Interior Architecture/ Interior Design and Charlotte is a mature student of 31 and studies biomedical science and works in a laboratory. We're both clean, easy going friendly people with a sense of humour. Both of us are originally from Coventry so are here out of term time.

Costs involved: £360 a month in hand. Price inc of bills exc council tax (25% discounted Council Tax because you would be living with students).
We would require you to go on the tenancy with our estate agents. There is an estate agent fee in order to do this for that covers referencing, credit checking, admin fee and contract changing.

The right person for us would be looking to move ASAP, clean and friendly, respectful and is a animal lover as we have one dog and one cat. The house is a good size, quiet street in a nice area. Shared bathroom with bathtub and shower, good sized garden, large attic for storage, close to Earlsdon with various things to do a short walk away 🙂
