The bedroom has a 2 seater sofa and a king-sized bed . You will also have use of the Dining room, kitchen, and bathroom plus the garden and garage for storage.

I live in a quiet area of Hurst Hill in a maisonette that has its own entrance and garden. My home also has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and super high-speed broadband. I also have the following entertainment packages: now tv, amazon prime, Disney plus, and Netflix.. all bills are included including high standard house cleaner once a week for communal areas

There are bus routes to Wolverhampton and Dudley a 20-meter walk, Bilston and Sedgley bus stop 5 min walk, and a train to Birmingham a 12 min walk from the front door.

The property also comes with 2 friendly dogs Starky (Frenchie x)and Kasper a medium-sized mix both are cuddle bunnies.

I am an architectural design technologist and I'm very friendly and easy-going and would like to be able to get on well with the people I live with. My plan as soon as I am able (covid) would very rarely be at the property on weekends. The other tenants are a couple, one from Thailand and the other from Cyprus. one is a student the other has a full-time job.
