This is a lovely fairly new Dormer house with two spacious double bedrooms, one with fitted wardrobe no en-suite, but a bathroom with a shower opposite.

The bedroom upstairs is large with a sitting area and a fairly big en-suite shower room. It includes a wardrobe, a dressing table/desk and an armchair to chill. (This is NOT available)

Coven is a lovely village with a post office, chemist, shops, hairdressers, beauty salon, two lovely pubs, and much more. It's near the M6 and 3 minutes from the A449.
There's a bus that covers surrounding areas, Brewood, Codsall, Stafford and Wolverhampton.

The house is right in front of a park with beautiful green countryside. Very quiet and private.

The garage will not be available, but there is safe (off road) parking space for two cars.

Open space kitchen dinner and lounge.

Small low maintanance garden at the back with a gazibo to enjoy in the summer.

Short - and long-term rent is considered.
Reference needed. About us: we are a professional retired couple who spend most of the winter months volunteering abroad (so the tenant/flat mate will have the house to his/herself during these times). We come back to England at various intervals to see family and re-pack luggage for the next trip. It is at these times that we will be sharing for a few days.
