I have a very large double room to rent in my 2 bed flat which is approx ten mins walk to Coventry City Centre and on frequent bus routes to Warwick University. The room is fully furnished with a king size bed, desk, wardrobe, drawers, cupboards etc. The rent includes all bills: water, electric, tax, TV license, and high speed Sky broadband/TV. The rest of the flat comprises a smaller lounge (set up as a cinema/gaming room), bathroom with bath and shower, fully fitted kitchen (microwave/oven/washing machine) etc, and my own bedroom, with the whole flat being recently renovated.

I am a friendly vegan professional with no specific demands or requirements except you are respectful and pay your rent on time. I am clean and tidy, and generally keep to myself so am looking for someone similar. I have one small older dog, but he is kept in my own room. If you have a pet of your own, I am happy to discuss if this will work.

The price can be flexible depending on your duration, circumstances, and requirements (EG partial week renters). As this is my home, the most important thing for me in terms of having a tenant is that we both feel comfortable and are able to treat each other and the property decently.
