Room 1

We’re situated within walking distance of the town centre, JLR Whitley site, and 50 metres from the Peugeot Citroen site in New Stoke Village.

4 bedroom house over 3 floors. I am a live in landlord but away most weekends with boyfriend etc.

Downstairs, large kitchen and living room with dining table, patio doors out to the garden, small bathroom.

Middle floor: two double bedrooms and one single. I am not currently sure whether to rent both double rooms due to covid, shared bathroom and of course all in a shared kitchen so friends / colleagues might be a nice balance. I never rent the single room out and instead it can be used for guests (with prior permission) or for storage / drying clothes as there is no tumble dryer.

Room 1: £500 spacious double room on the middle floor with bed, large wardrobe, large desk and office chair, drawers, bedside table, anything further required just let me know and we can sort it out. Faces the garden. Use of the family size bathroom has a bath with shower over it.

Room 2: £480 spacious double room on the middle floor with bed, large wardrobe, desk and office chair, under bed storage, bedside table, anything further required just let me know and we can sort it out. Faces the road. Use of the family size bathroom has a bath with shower over it.

All bills included inc council tax.

- Off-road parking spaces allocated behind the house in private car park
- garden area with bbq (just finishing massive transformation so it should be amazing!)
- Wifi
- Amazon prime, Google Chrome Cast and Netflix
- Cleaning products provided and a regular cleaner can be organised if needed
- All kitchen utensils provided
- Washing machine
- Dishwasher
- blender, nutribullet, waffle maker and lots of other kitchen appliances we never use

Couples considered and just a conversation on bills / how you would live with someone else needed.

I have two mini neutered dogs - if you’re worried about how it might work let me know :)

Pets welcome but would need to be ok with the dogs and all of the carpets are cream so please consider if that’s a good combination!

Rolling monthly, long or short term available. Mon-Fri let also possible with negotiable rent. The rooms are also advertised as bnb for when I don’t have lodgers so feel free to take a look or let me know if you want a short stay.


Deposit of one months rent, negotiable if needed.
