We’re situated within walking distance of the town centre, JLR Whitley site, and 50 metres from the Peugeot Citroen site in New Stoke Village.

4 bedroom house over 3 floors. I am a live in landlord but currently caring for my vulnerable mum so often out.


Downstairs, kitchen, living room with dining table, patio doors out to the garden, small bathroom.

Middle floor: two double bedrooms and one single. Only one of these rooms will be available (want to keep low occupancy due to COVID).
Room 2: £500 One spacious double room on the middle floor with bed, large wardrobe, desk and office chair, anything further required just let me know and we can sort it out. Use of the family size bathroom has a bath with shower over it.


Room 1: £550 for top floor very large bedroom, king bed, wardrobe, and rails, shelves, make up table. En suite has a shower, no bath.

All bills included inc council tax.

Pets welcome but all of the carpets are cream so please consider if that’s a good combination!
Rolling monthly, long or short term available. Mon-Fri let also possible with negotiable rent.

Deposit of one months rent, negotiable if needed.
