Currently with single bed and second pull out bed which turns into a double (which can be removed if a standard double bed preferred)

I am also open to someone bringing their own furniture should they wish to, but it is furnished.

It’s set up as a guest room at the moment but happy to be flexible so you can have it how you’d like it.

Large wardrobe and chest of drawers and bedside unit for some storage. Bright and light room with a view of beautiful back garden. Spacious and airy and right next door to the bathroom.

House overlooks a lovely green with open plan living space. There's Sky, Netflix, Super fast sky broadband.

There is also ample storage space in garage and loft of which you could use for some storage if needed.

Must be dog friendly :) as I have a small dog. He is very soft and friendly.

Let me know if interested. Ideally available from October but i can be flexible for the right person and I’m open to being flexible with changing the bed to a double if required.

I’m 34, a working professional and work in marketing in Solihull. Like to socialise and happy to have meals etc together some nights or I’m fairly flexible if you’d like to keep yourself to yourself.

I’m friendly, approachable and looking for someone considerate as a lodger. Also keen for them to be friendly and up for hanging out too as a housemate!

All bills included. Which includes a cleaner which is once every two weeks.. A tidy and clean home is important to me so do get in touch if this is you 😊

It’s a really beautiful house and a really safe area with ample parking, good connections to town and Warwick university.

Also very close to countryside and open fields for walking.
