Looking for a potential new friend to rent a good sized recently decorated and furnished single room. There's a drive with space for two cars, 500mb broadband, access to a cross trainer and 3 therapy cats (at least I find them therapeutic). Also if complimented enough I will bake. Recently separated so would prefer to live with a female but that's only a preference not a deal breaker (one of the cats actually prefers men), similarly if you are a smoker but are happy to keep it outside and not in the house that would be fine also.
