One room (£395) is in a 5 bedroom property, 3 shared bathrooms between 5 rooms, that's a bathroom on each floor and a communal lounge and separate kitchen. The current tenants are 2 males and 1 female. All young working professionals.

All our rooms are designed for you to have comfort, meet like-minded people and include the bills, yes the bills that include:

- Electricity for the communal area is included in the rent, the electricity to the room is pre- payment (online roughly £10-£20 per month) so you have peace of mind that you don't need to worry about paying the bill at the end of each month or taking meter readings, we have that covered! (*Fair usage policy applies) *Each room has a pay as you go meter, meaning you stay in control of your electricity costs.
