I have a studio room that I'm not using. The room is £129 weekly with all bills included (but can be lowered to £120 per week until the check out date). Check out date is 4th September 2021 and can be renewed. I have a video of the room which shows the room properly and I can send it to you. It has a 3/4 bed (very close to a double sized bed) with under bed storage and own kitchen and bathroom. It has various plug points in the room. The desk is spacious with over head compartments and wardrobe is good size as I could fit lots of clothes in there. The room also has as shelf unit/bookcase for extra items. Each room in the accommodation is a studio room and it is mixed with boys and girls. It has communal laundry room and cleaning equipment. And also has on-site car parking and maintenance. The building is called Phoenix House/Phoenix Studios. It is a 5 minute walk from Tesco Express, roughly 10-13 minutes walk to Lidl and Iceland and roughly 15 minutes walk to Coventry University campus. If you are interested please leave me a message.
