and commuting to Warwick University is pretty easy too - the 87 bus stops only 3min-walk away from the building and takes less than 30min to get there.

Everything you need to make the most of your stay is within walking distance - bars, restaurants, cafés, theatre, museum, night clubs, the main shopping mall, and much more.

Plus, the building is extremely well insulated, so you can enjoy a quiet night in when you want to.

THE FEATURES

The building itself comes with a cosy, ground floor reception area - perfect for when you have visitors but don't want to take them to your room.

It also comes with free-to-use meeting rooms that you can enjoy whenever you want (i. e study group session, important meeting).

Each floor has 17 rooms and 2 kitchens/sitting areas. They're cleaned twice a week so you can be sure you'll enjoy a clean place throughout your stay.

Lifts are also available for convenience. So no walking up the stairs with your hands full of shopping bags - unless you want to, of course...

Minimum term is 4 weeks
Maximum term is 12 months

Please note that one month does not equate to four weeks. So, for example, if you want a 2-month contract, we'll calculate the number weeks and additional days between your move-in date and your move-out date to work out the amount payable.

For short-term tenancies (12 weeks or less) the full rent is payable in advance. For longer tenancies, a maximum of 2 instalments is authorised. NO monthly payments allowed.

The washing machine and dryer are card-operated and do not come as part of the bills included package. The cost is £3 per washing session and £1.50 per drying session.
