Cheap Room In A New House For A Good Person

I am a very calm and tolerant person - a graduate from Coventry University where I studied my MSc in Microelectronics Engineering. Now I am working on my own business.
The house is located in a very nice, newly built, residential area close to Coventry University and C&W University Hospital. There is a friendly and warm, family-like atmosphere at our home. Inside it is kept very clean by us, and we are looking for a good and clean person who will also maintain the cleanliness and tidiness. Parts of the house are still undergoing some decor works.

All costs (to be covered on the 1st day of every month):
- monthly rent: £380
- bills included (gas, electricity, water).

At the moment there are 3 of us:

Chinese girl
Chinese guy
We would ideally prefer a Chinese speaking person. Student or working professional.
Also if you are from an engineering background it would be a plus. I may be able to offer some opportunities for learning practical engineering skills on some real projects, should you be interested.

The room has got a bed, desk and a wardrobe / cabinet. If you need any other stuff I may be able to provide you with that as well. The bedroom door has got an individual key. I have quite a few bicycles including some spare ones so you can help yourself with one if you need. We sometimes also travel, BBQ or watch films together and you will be more than welcome to join up. I also have another room available for a short stay in Surrey (West of London) with a beautiful, clear lake and a sandy beach nearby. I visit it quite regularly. Should you wish to travel there to relax you are also welcome to join me. We can also help with a 4-passenger car or a 7-passenger van for larger trips.

The distance to the university is approx. 15 min (walk), 5min (bicycle). We have a few bus stops right next to our house as well as shops (huge Asda, CoOp and Lidl), post office, pharmacy, pubs and bars. The estate has got lots of parks, children playgrounds and green squares around including football, basketball, tennis, ping-pong courts and an open gym.
