The house is just off Charter Avenue , only 19 minutes on foot to Warwick University centre campus via Mitchell Avenue- Westwood Way, less 5 minutes by bike. Less 10 minutes walk to Cannon Park shopping centre via Charter Avenue. Private front driveway car parking.

Kitchen contains washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, kettle, toaster, microwave, two tall fridge/freezer etc. Garden shed for storing the bicycles.

All the utility bills such as water, broadband, gas and electricity are included.

Kitchen area cleaning once every month free of charge.

Minimum 12 months contract.
