I have a double room available to rent out in my home that is situated very close to Cradley high street which has a Tesco's and Lidl supermarket and various other little shops and a Lloyds bank. The Doctors surgery is a 5 minutes walk away and the train station a 10 minutes walk away. The room comes complete with a bed and bedding, chest of drawers and walk in wardrobe. Please feel free to add furnishings and accessories as you wish!! You will have access to the kitchen and all appliances, the bathroom will be shared as well as the living room should you want to use it. I expect any potential lodgers to upkeep the cleanliness of the home and tidy up after themselves. I want you to treat this house like your home and feel relaxed and comfortable during your time here. All bills are included within the cost, this is open to sensible negotiation.
