Double bedroom available in a 4-bed detached house, Dorridge. Potential for additional private office room.

Dorridge train station is a 10-minute walk away, with links to Birmingham and London.

The house has 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath) and an en-suite, a garden, kitchen, living room, garage and dining room. The driveway has room for 4 cars.

There are currently 2 occupants in the house, 1 female and 1 male (aged 25 & 26). We enjoy the outdoors and spend a lot of time cycling, running, walking and visiting new places. We also enjoy going to the cinema, eating great food and chatting in the pub with friends! We are ideally looking for another young professional, around the same age, who is clean, sociable and up for Park Run on a Saturday morning ;) ... (don't worry, the Park Run is negotiable)!

Bills come to approximately £125 per month, so the total cost of the room would be £550. We would also be happy to buy furniture for the room if the future occupant does not want to bring their own.
