I am looking for someone to come and rent a room in my spacious house that is newly decorated.

The room comes with a double bed. There is a mattress also if needed. There are a few cupboards/little wardrobe so you can furnish yourself with extra if needed. It’s a quiet street, neighbours are lovely, links to all parts of Birmingham- city centre approx 20 min drive.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, water, gas, electric and internet/tv license- this price of £475 will also include you contribution towards council tax.

The house comes as furnished, and the bedroom comes as furnished (bed/cupboards included). The bedroom has been newly decorated, new carpets etc so is in excellent condition.

I'm looking for someone who is respectful and tidy, who can clear up after themselves, but your room is your room.

The property is reasonably sized in Netherton close to public transport and local towns. There are parking facilities that come with the property, a drive plus a garage out the front. 2 double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bath, spacious lounge, kitchen and conservatory with a perfect sized garden.
