The room is completely furnished, available now. I am a working professional, work in the nearby hospital. The arrangement is ideal for an NHS worker in Russells Hall Hospital. Furthermore, I travel a lot, I am away half of the month, sometimes longer, so the tenant is going to have the house for themselves half the time. I don't have any gender preference for the tenant, I'm sure women are less happy moving in with a man housemate, which is understandable.
